Rahul was critically injured in police firing on the Dinajpur court premises during the anti-discrimination movement on August 4. He breathed his last breath while undergoing treatment at the ICU of M Abdur Rahim Medical College Hospital in Dinajpur on August 9 (Friday) evening.
