Cause of Martyrdom:
During a movement, while distributing water to the protesting students, police opened fire on the protesters. Mohammad Ismail sought refuge in Rampura Dental Hospital, but the guard on duty denied the protesters entry. While attempting to escape elsewhere, he was struck by a bullet fired by the police. The bullet hit the left side of his forehead, just above his left eye, causing him to die instantly on the spot.
